Today has literally been one of the best Sunday’s that I’ve had in ages. The Christmas tree is up, we’ve watched Love Actually, Finding Dory and Home Alone whilst drinking mulled wine and we had the most epic of buffets.
I’m a big fan of using veg substitutes to replace carbs. Cauliflower cous cous, broccoli rice, courgetti…come at me! If you don’t know, Boodles are butternut squash noodles. Less watery than courgetti but much harder to make in a spiraliser
